my family in food business too, I don't think they will recycle the bones, since the bone can be FREE OF CHARGE from the wholesaler when restaurant placed a big order. (I am talking in my area: Toronto) Sometimes they will only charge for $5 for a big box, since they sell the chicken legs without bone in the supermarket/store, if we take the bone from the wholesaler, then that will save their money for the garbage charge (since we need to pay for the garbage truck to remove the garbage, same to them).

其實我平時食完雞脾lun完雞脾都會儲D骨上黎跟住儲到貢上下就賣比D商家嫁。賺外快啊嘛。。呵呵~~
