係呀...幾年前大陸的老表教了我一個新的詞語...下欄，做 Office 都有下欄？是的，因為貪污已經是公開而且被接受的事情，所以不再叫檯底數，而是公開分享的下欄...唉！
ruth,本來應該好容易,但好多外在因素影響,尤其是一些隨波逐流、缺乏獨立思考的人,很容易就會忘記了事情的根本性!
dozy,「外欄」這個詞很久之前聽過,從前酒樓好多煮食的「頭頭尾尾」,例如鴨掌，鴨舌,雞內藏等等都會給人拿出街賣的,他們亦叫這些做「下欄」,估唔到而家應用到貪污上,真係可笑!
I agree completely. No doubt corruption is wrong. But people get away with it because nobody wants to raise it as an issue !!!
