當我親身看到公立醫院設施的殘舊,
醫護人員的不足,
還有漫長的等候時間時,
我會鄙視那些搾取bonus的無能東鐵高層,
我會懷疑每年用去了兩億公費的應科院是否物有所值,
我會懷疑今年某些高級公務員加薪30%是否合理,
我更加會懷疑社會的低下階層是否得到足夠的照顧!
在診療室大堂所見,
大部份都應該是一些收入低微的貧苦大眾,
每次要看病,
就算一早電話預約了,
來到的時候都要等,等,等,等....
一等就要四五個小時,
為了盡量多看數個病人,
醫生看病時就好像流水作業一樣,
每個病人入去不到一分鐘就要出來,
莫說要仔細看清病情,
就連病人的容貌都没有看到就要判症了,
你說這是不是窮人的悲哀吖?
其實政府花在醫療上的費用己經不少,
但如果政府一方面可以更加妥善處理醫療資源,
另一方面又積極控制政府無謂的開支！
從實際方向關注低下階層的真正須要,
不要只是光叫口號和遊街做騷，
相這樣貧苦大眾才會受到足夠的照顧!
ps:有些感覺,是看報紙電視没法感受到的,是要親身接觸才會感受到那種震撼力和悲哀!

The Hong Kong government already provides the best medical care in the world, given no one needs to pay mandatory medical insurrance.
One of the reason is that the medical care is too good and even better than private hospital. So, even the rich are using the government subsidized medical care. In some countries, most people pay large sum of medical insurrance. The government only provides the minimal medical care.

我都知政府投入不少資源,
但不知道那些資源是否得到最好的運用,
而並不只是投放在那些高層管理階層的人工上.
我見到的是殘舊的設備和漫長的等待時間,
還有急促不仔細的看症時間,
如果用金錢來衡量,
香港大眾可能所負的醫療費用己經很少,
但是看着貧苦大眾在其中爭扎我又於心不忍,
可能你會話我太過悲天憫人,
但我還慶興幸生活在這個功利主義社會的我,
心中還能擁有一份憐憫之心，
只希望我們政府施政時都能多帶一點這樣憐憫之心，
這樣就是萬民之福了！
I don't have the numbers but I think the few very senior management people may have an unreasonably high salary. However, compared with the money spent on the equipment and medicine, the proportion is still low.
All my friends who have ever used Hong Kong's medical service never complaint about paying tax anymore.
Now, even the very rich people don't go to private hospitals because the equipments are not comparable to the public hospitals. Usually, in other countries, the government only provide the minimal medical care to the poorest. Our government is being unrealistic and trying the provide medical care for everyone for nearly free.

若伯母的膽固醇指數不太高，可給伯母多喝點牛(或鹿)筋湯，因家慈早年亦有相同症狀，多服此湯能補充已流失的骨膠原。
