醬汁問一問?
從來都不覺得西餐難煮,
只要材料新鮮就不會太難煮,
相對中國餸的千變萬化,
西餐實屬"簡單"的菜單,
愛心牛扒你們都煮過啦,
有幾難喎,識買塊靚牛扒,
加少少鹽加少少糊椒粉迷迭香咪得囉,
跟住左煎煎右煎煎咪上得碟囉!
不過好多事情看就簡單,
做起來先知是有窍門的,
我覺得最難整係個醬汁,
唔識整好易變成豆粉水,
一"pat pat"咁都唔想食,
之前啲材料點靚都浪費哂,
係超市買到啲意粉醬汁唔係茄醬就係忌廉,
唔好食又唔啱我口味,
有無朋友可以教吓路,
點樣可以整啲清淡簡單嘅醬汁呀?
ps:宜家啲肉丸汁都可以嘅,
不過無理由款款材料都用佢架!

when i lived at usa, i did make a lot of pasta using different sauce. since i am lazy, i usually just bought some ready made sauce and "add sth" in it.
i once made a sauce for angel hair using omster sauce (lee kam ki) and Guilam Chili oil!!!

sauce can be very complicated, but it can also be very easy, depends on how much you wanna work on it...

其實醬汁真係可以千變萬化,
可以話無一定嘅法規,
你嘅創意實在使我眼界大開,
自己有時都會隨心所欲而自創醬汁,
不過真係唔係好識,
所以想問吓別人的意見,
學吓創吓咁樣就更加事半功倍了! :)
