the last time I watched Olympics that was 1996, since i was busy with my girl in 1998 and need to takes care of her, then year 2000 busy about moving in to this house.... then I had Timothy in 2001, busy and busy, I had watch Nothing at all at 2004, finally, I can watch the opening and some of the games with my 2 kids after all these years.

I missed it. Try to search it on youtube but they are so blurred.
The Canadian media are very impressed with the opening show.
There are now lots of TV documentaries abt China, past and present, which is good. I too learn a few things.
As usual, I enjoy watching the competitions most of all.
