我要住酒店?

每次打颱風都聽到有滯留機場的旅客不滿,
除了投訴航空公司熱線難打外,
就是不滿資料唔準確,
例如答唔到幾時可以再飛,
其實天氣難料,週圍亂七八糟,
颱風都未過又真係好難答嘅,
不過面對滿腔怨氣嘅乘客,
航空公司真係要好好安撫,
唔係隨時小事化大呀,
有些人蠻起上黎係唔講理由架!

不過有一樣我就唔係好明,
係未每逄因為天氣問題延遲飛行時,
航空公司都一定要包埋旅客當日嘅住宿費呢?
如果係因為航空公司嘅錯誤就話啫,
但係打颱風飛唔到航空公司都無辨法喎,
看報紙見有旅客投訴航空公司安排嘅住宿唔夠水準喎
唔知係未要佢哋住重慶大廈呢?
其實國際慣例係如何處理這種情況呢?
如果大家知道嘅就話我知啦!

講起野蠻,
邊夠會展o個班人,
九號風要提早關閉,
o係出面嘈, 有尐重要強行走返入去~~~

悟樂,
可能展覽會啲人之前話打風都開,
但唔知九號風球你想開會展都唔畀你開,
而市民又以為去到一定入到去喎,
所以咪咁激動囉,
最差嘅係展覽啲人唔問清楚會展,
如果早啲知道會展八號開,九號唔開,
就唔會咁多誤會了,
不過人哋都話無得入了,
班人夾硬入到去又有何用呢?
衰衝動呀!

Here is my understanding:

Notwithstanding a country's Charter of Rights, Human Right Act, and other legislations applicable to the society as a whole or the transportation sector in particular, if an airline is responsible for the delay due to causes such as overbooking and mechanical problems, then it will compensate the passengers in an amount as set out in its policy. However, if the delay is due to an act of God, terrorism, and other circumstances beyond a company's control, then the airline is not obliged to pay provided it has exercised due diligence and has acted in good faith.

係囉,
人算不如天算嘛,
點可以要哂航空公司賠呢?
個人覺得,
如果遇上以上問題,
航空公司理應盡力協助,
但不一定要佢哋出哂啲住宿費嘛,
咁樣咪積係"老屈"囉!
